In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

We take every complaint seriously. If anything about our service has let you down, write to our Grievance Officer using the details below or the form at the bottom of this page.

Our service level commitment

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt
  • Resolution: within 30 calendar days as per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  • You will receive a unique ticket reference number for tracking

What to include in your complaint

  • Your order number (if applicable)
  • Date of purchase and date of the incident
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, photos, email correspondence) if available
  • The outcome you're seeking (refund, replacement, explanation, etc.)

Escalation

If the Grievance Officer is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may approach:

  • The National Consumer Helpline (1915) or portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in
  • The appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
