Our service level commitment
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt
- Resolution: within 30 calendar days as per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
- You will receive a unique ticket reference number for tracking
What to include in your complaint
- Your order number (if applicable)
- Date of purchase and date of the incident
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, photos, email correspondence) if available
- The outcome you're seeking (refund, replacement, explanation, etc.)
Escalation
If the Grievance Officer is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may approach:
- The National Consumer Helpline (1915) or portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in
- The appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
