These terms govern your use of rightapparels.com (the "Site") and the products we sell through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The company

"Right Apparels" is the retail label of Right Mind Technologies, a company operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (GSTIN 23ABLFR8223L1ZU). "We," "us," "our" refer to Right Mind Technologies. "You," "your" refer to the user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may browse only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST at 5%.
We take care to display products accurately, but slight colour variation between photos and the actual product may occur due to screen calibration.
Stock is limited — listed availability is subject to change without notice. If we're unable to fulfil an order, we'll cancel and refund in full within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If the corrected price isn't acceptable to you, we'll refund in full.

4. Ordering & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, logistical issues).

5. Payment

We accept:

UPI via MMAD Pay (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, any UPI app)
Cash on Delivery — pay with cash when the order arrives

We do not store card, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials. All payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. Standard delivery is 5–9 business days. Detailed policy on the Shipping page.

7. Returns & refunds

Return within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Detailed policy on the Refund page.

8. User conduct

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access admin areas, APIs, or databases without authorisation
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
Post false reviews, misuse discount codes, or engage in fraudulent returns
Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the site

9. Intellectual property

The site, including its design, photographs, product names, logos, and written copy, is the property of Right Mind Technologies or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, and government actions.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any order placed on the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
