Returns & Refunds

Return window

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery. Beyond 7 days we're unable to process returns.

What qualifies

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Free of stains, odours, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of use
• Accompanied by the original invoice (digital or printed)

What doesn't qualify

• Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-restricted items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout
• Items damaged due to customer misuse (tears, heavy staining, ironing damage)
• Any gift-with-purchase or free items associated with the order

How to return

1. Email care@rightapparels.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return
2. We'll email you a return authorisation and the pickup address within 24 hours (business days)
3. We arrange a reverse pickup where our courier partners serve. For non-serviceable pincodes, you may self-ship and we'll reimburse up to ₹100 toward the courier charge
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund

Refund timelines

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• UPI payments: 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item
• Cash on Delivery: NEFT/IMPS to your bank account in 7–10 business days; we'll ask for your account details over email

Bank processing times vary — in rare cases, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct size exchanges. If you'd like a different size, please return the original and place a fresh order. This helps us keep things simple and fast.

Damaged or incorrect items

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost — write to us or use the cancel option in your order email
• Once dispatched, the standard return process applies
• For UPI payments, cancellation refund is processed in 2–3 business days. For COD, no charge is incurred
