Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. A small number of remote and APO (Army Post Office) pincodes are not serviceable — we'll let you know at checkout if your pincode isn't supported.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping charges
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹79 shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery: No additional charge
Processing & dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm IST are processed the same day. Orders after 2pm are processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and national holidays.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier name and tracking number the moment your order leaves our hub.
Delivery estimates
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Tier 3 / rural / northeastern India: 7–9 business days
Delivery estimates exclude weekends, national holidays, and are subject to courier availability in your region.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹9,999. Please keep the exact total ready for the delivery executive. COD orders may require a phone confirmation call before dispatch.
Shipping partners
We ship with established couriers including Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Blue Dart depending on your pincode. You'll see which one is handling your package in the shipping confirmation email.
Order tracking
Track your order anytime at rightapparels.com/track-order using your order ID. Once shipped, you'll also get a courier tracking link.
Delivery attempts
Couriers typically make 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails (no one available to receive, incorrect address, refusal), the package returns to us. We'll contact you to reconfirm the address or process a refund.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, write to care@rightapparels.com. We'll investigate with the courier and either resend the order or refund in full.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or record a video while unboxing and write to us within 48 hours.
